To reset your password, login and select your initials in the upper right corner, then click on “My Account.” Within your account you will see an option to “Reset Password.” This will allow you to choose a new password, confirm it, and save.
If you are unable to access your account, a practice user with System Admin rights can access it for you via “User Management,” under “Settings,” as well.
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain one of each:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Special character
A good password should be memorable to you, but not obvious. Never share your password with anyone.
