If you receive a prescription request from a third-party pharmacy, the Platform's “Create Rx” tool allows you to notify clients of the opportunity to purchase that prescription through your online pharmacy.
Steps to enter an outside pharmacy request
- When you log in to create a prescription, you'll see a checkbox on the prescription card labeled “Prescription came from other pharmacy.”
- To notify clients of the opportunity to purchase that prescription through your online pharmacy, simply create a new prescription for the product.
- After you’ve filled in all the fields on the prescription form, arrow toward the bottom-left and check the box labeled “Prescription came from other pharmacy.”
- After you click “Authorize,” the following personalized, product-tailored email will be sent to your client:
