Maintain complete patient medical records through automation
Through our integration tool, we can save you time by automatically entering a line for each prescription authorized and order shipped directly into the patients medical record. Once set up, you will need to link each patient in your Covetrus Platform to the patient in your practice management software (PIMS). This process ensures that each patient is linked to the proper account within your PIMS, even if you have multiple clients with the same names.
Once a patient is linked, you will not need to link that patient again.
Any items that need to be linked will appear in your feed as a Link task.
