From the "Reports" section of the Left Navigation, select "Reporting Dashboard"
This interactive dashboard will give you a high level view of the practice’s activity, showing the following for the time period selected:
- Gross Sales: Total dollar value of sales processed
- Orders Placed: A count of all orders shipped
- Unique Clients with Orders: A count of all clients who placed an order (a client who places two orders during the time period would be counted only once)
- Total Rx Written: All prescriptions written, both proactive and reactive
- Practice Initiated Rx: A count of all prescriptions proactively created by the practice, including through renewals, Script Assist, and with the competitive flag
- Client Initiated Rx: A count of all prescriptions generated by the client to be approved by the practice
Using the filter at the top, you can change the time period displayed to:
- Month to Date: With "Month to date” selected, the chart will show one data point for each day of the current month. The comparison text below will compare your results against the same dates last month (2/1/20-2/12/20 vs. 1/1/20- 1/12/20) and last year (2/1/20-2/12/20 vs. 2/1/19-2/12/19).
- Last Month: With "Last Month" selected, the chart will show one data point for each week of the prior month. The comparison text below will compare your results against the same dates last year (1/1/20-1/31/20 vs. 1/1/19-1/31/19).
- Last 90 Days: With "Last 90 Days" selected, the chart will show one data point for each week of the prior 13. The comparison text below will compare your results against the same dates last year (11/13/19-2/12/20 vs. 11/13/18- 2/12/19).
- Year to Date: With "Year to Date" selected, the chart will show one data point for each month of the current year. The comparison text below will compare your results against the same dates last year (1/1/20-2/12/20 vs. 1/1/19-2/12/19).
- Last Year: With "Last Year" selected, the chart will show one data point for each month of the prior year. There will be NO comparison text for this selection.
Order Performance Detail Page
From the dashboard, select any of the following modules to open the Order Performance page:
This will bring you to a detailed breakdown of the practice’s order performance. Using the same time period selections you had on the dashboard, you can compare data including:
- New vs. Existing Buyers: Clients who made their first purchase on the store vs. repeat customers
- Order Method: How the order was placed and by who
- Product Breakdown: Type of product and current AutoShip status
Prescription Performance Detail Page
From the dashboard, select any of the following modules to open the Order Performance page:
This will bring you to a detailed breakdown of the practice’s order performance.
Using the same time period selections you had on the dashboard, you can compare data including:
- Client vs. Practice Initiation: Whether a practice user or a client initiated the request
- Prescription Origin: How the prescription was created (I.e. Client Pending, AutoShip, Script Assist)
- Product Breakdown: Type of product and current AutoShip status
